FL-15 Spray Granulating Dryer
Summary:
The spray granulating dryer is also called a one-step granulating
dryer. It uses the bonding effect of the binder to bridge and
agglomerate the solid powders, thereby gradually forming granules.
Process flow: Put the powder material for granulation into the
fluidized bed, the cold air enters through the filter, and then is
heated by the heater. After the cold air temperature rises to the
process temperature, it enters the fluidized bed to make the powder
circulate in a fluidized state. At the same time, spray the
mist-like binder to moisten the powder in the container, so that
the powder agglomerates into loose small particles. At the same
time, the water is continuously evaporated and taken away by the
hot air.
The particle size of the boiling granulating dryer produced by our
company is between 40-80 mesh and the yield can reach more than
90%. Retaining a small part of the fine particles can make the
appearance of the tablet product smooth and beautiful, thereby
improving the product grade and improving Economic benefits!
Features:
1. It adopts a button integrated controller, which can implement
full-automatic and full-process control; the degree of automation
is high.
2. Complete mixing-granulation-drying in the same container,
reducing the process and complying with food hygiene standards;
3. Operate in a closed container without flying dust and polluting
the operating environment;
4. The filter bag adopts high-grade antistatic non-woven filter
material, which is safe to operate; the filter fineness can reach
more than 350 meshes, which can maximize the yield of the material.
5. The binder atomizer adopts multi-fluid spray gun, top spray
operation, uniform atomization, and high qualified rate of finished
products; the atomizer can have a height adjustment range of
multiple angles, which can make the qualified rate of granulation
reach a maximum of 90 %the above.
6. The round container is used, the equipment has no dead corners,
the loading and unloading is light, and the washing is convenient;
it meets the requirements of food hygiene!
7. The part in contact with the material is made of SUS304
stainless steel; both the inside and outside are mirror polished to
make the appearance of the equipment neat and beautiful.
8. The whole equipment is easy to operate, easy to disassemble,
easy to clean, and meet the sanitary requirements of food and drug
"GMP";
9. Good airtightness, negative pressure operation, more in line
with food hygiene standards.
