GZM-50A Pneumatic Valve Packaging Machine
Products introduction:
The machine with high degree of automation, simple operation, with
newly developed automatic bag unloading device, just needs workers
insert the bag (adapt the valve bags) to complete the packaging
production process, save labor (3-4 people), reduce labor intensity
greatly reduce production costs and improve productivity. Fitting
to pack the fluid powder or small grain (<=5mm), use the
compressed air to make the motive power. The compressed air makes
the material in the sealed container to flow through the atomizer,
to fulfill the feeding function of the material. The sealed
container adopts the gas rubber valve, people control the across
volume through the valve to control the feeding quantity of the
packing material, achieve the stable and effective packing accuracy
and speed. The production line can produce a variety of dry
products:insulation mortar, adhesive mortar, cracking mortar, dry
adhesives, self-leveling mortar, dry powder putty and other
materials products.
